On Saturday, school
counselor Rita Stearns (and her team of incredible volunteers) delivered
thousands of books to Reader to Reader -- the result of a book drive supported
by students, families, teachers, and staff at the Southington Public Schools.

Schools brought 100 boxes of books to Reader to Reader-- all carefully sorted
by grade level.
Reader to Reader book
drives collect tens of thousands of books each year and deliver them to
schools, libraries and shelter in low-income communities.
