I hope this e-mail finds you well. I managed to process all the books you so kindly donated and was thrilled to add them to our very empty shelves. I made a list and circulated it to the staff so everyone could view the new additions to our collection. I just wanted to thank you again and assure you I will be e-mailing you again come September.
